The first Album with this band was like a breeze for me. Oliver Belz contacted me on myspace, sent me some tracks, I wrote some lyrics and off we went to play all the big German Jazz Festivals! Myspace still works!
What shall I say? I spent my time travelling to great places and meeting wonderful musicians. It is also my first own brainchild...a bit wobbly but still going strong!

Most people didn't like this one but I loved it because of the guitars and the sassy lyrics. For »Hell Alright« I spent a lot of time acting completely crazy in front of a white wall in the Tacheles in Berlin. Check out the video on youtube.
I only contributed one song to this one but I love the feeling I get when I sing ist. I am not a morning person though I wish I was! If I were I'd define the day by dawn....

A song I sang in my bedroom back in Africa when I was a teen... I loved the melancholy mood and I was kind of waiting myself, falling in and out of love with pimply boys. This song helped make the yearning bearable.
